Great service
I received a gift certificate for 2 hours of cleaning. I have two small children and two large dogs. They cleaned two full bathrooms, a bedroom, kitchen and powder room. Leon got my appointment set up and was absolutely wonderful. Professional, friendly, detailed in how everything would be cleaned. The two employees who did the cleaning were just as friendly and professional. They made sure I was completely satisfied before they left and were a pleasure to work with. Plus now I have a clean house!

Great price and quality service
We scheduled our carpets to be cleaned in our new rental property within one day of contacting RAC cleaning. They were in and out within a timely fashion and were extremely thorough and efficient. We had animal stains in our carpets and they weee able to remove all of the stains! The price was the best quote we got when compared to other businesses. I would highly recommend this company and I will be using them in the future when needed!

I cannot say enough good things about Big Rock and RAC. I have used them as my cleaning service since moving to Pittsburgh, and for over two years they have provided consistent, quality, reliable service. They have been extremely accommodating of my complex professional schedule and have always provided advance notice and alternatives the few times they've run into unexpected conflicts. Whenever there were any problems, even very minor, the staff (or the owner if necessary) responded extremely promptly, courteously, and resolved every problem. Their employees are respectful, careful, and take care of my home as though it were their own. Their service is fully worth the reasonable prices they charge, and I hope they continue to service the Pittsburgh area for a long time as I have no desire to find another cleaning service. Highest recommendation without reservation.
